Waste Management Services
A grease trap, or grease interceptor, separates oil and grease from wastewater before it enters the sewer network where it will solidify on the internal walls of the pipes and eventually block the line. Not only will this culminate in costly pipe replacement and unblocking charges it will cause the hazardous overflow of the sewer drains.
Grease traps have been around sometime now and have changed very little. While still using the original concept, manufacturers have further improved the simple design by utilizing 304 stainless steel as construction material, incorporating top quality lid seals to eliminate odors emanating from the trap, ergonomic handles and positive locking down latches.
